PAYMENT

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal or Bank Transfer directly into our bank account. (Banking info: Bank - ANZ BSB: 015-513 Account number: 220314669 Account name: JCOE Leather).

You can also order by phone using your credit card (VISA or Mastercard). For this, you will need to contact us directly on 08 8583 7337 during business hours 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.  Please have your card number, expiry date and 3 digit security number located on the back of your card ready.

POSTAGE

$13.00 Flat Rate postage, when posted to an Australian address by regular Australia Post dispatch. $30.00 Flat rate postage (for orders weighing 500gms or less), when posted to an International address by Air-mail dispatch via Australia Post only. Additional postage charges may apply for orders consisting of more than 3 items and weighing over 500gms, posted to an International address.  For postage rates outside these guidelines, please contact us. DELIVERY

Once the order has passed to the forwarding agent (eg: Australia Post), the article is deemed to have been delivered. For un-received items, all correspondence needs to be directed to the forwarding agent, although we will assist if possible. Extra costs of Registered/Insured/Express Post will need to be borne by the purchaser. Please note that Berri is outside of the Express Post boundaries.

DELIVERY TIMES

As all products are made to order (no stock kept on hand), please allow two to three weeks for us to manufacture your product, especially during our busiest times, eg: Father’s Day and Christmas. Once your order has been taken to the forwarding agent (eg: Australia Post), delivery time is at their discretion. Further details on Delivery terms are displayed on our "Terms & Conditions" page.

INSURANCE

Extra costs of Registered/Insured/Express Post will need to be borne by the purchaser. Please note that Berri is outside of the Express Post boundaries.
